All services require a $30 retainer to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your final balance. Final payments must be made using a debit or credit card. All retainers and payments are non‑refundable.

Reschedules and cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours notice. Each retainer allows one reschedule within 30 days of the original appointment. No‑call/no‑shows will be charged the full service amount and full payment will be required to book again.

A 10‑minute grace period is offered. If you are running late, notify us immediately. Arrivals after 10 minutes may result in cancellation and the card on file will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

To maintain a calm atmosphere, guests are not permitted during services. Clients 17 and under may be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
